Spotify Free App Keeps Showing “Please Try Again” Despite Internet Working
Since last night, I’ve been unable to use Spotify properly with my Free Individual account. Every time I open the app, the home screen displays an error message saying, “Something went wrong, please try again.”
I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times, tried using different internet connections, and confirmed that my internet works perfectly fine. However, the issue persists. The problem only occurs on my phone, and I haven’t tried logging in from my computer yet.
My account email is a*************@gmail.com**, and I haven’t contacted Spotify customer support so far.
I expect Spotify to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I can use the app without interruptions.
