Spotify Logged Me Out of All Devices—Can't Log Back In or Cancel Premium

I was logged into my Spotify Premium account on my computer, phone, and tablet. Then, suddenly, I was logged out of all devices, and now I can’t log back in. The password I had saved isn’t working, and because I purchased Premium through my mobile carrier, I can’t cancel the subscription directly. Spotify says I need to cancel through the app, but I can’t log in. My playlists are still there, so it seems my account hasn’t been stolen. Why was I logged out of everything, and how can I fix this?
