Spotify Deleted My Downloaded Songs Despite Premium Subscription

I’ve been a Spotify Premium user for at least three years and had around 60 hours of downloaded songs on my account. Despite maintaining uninterrupted payments and having no issues with my subscription, all of my downloaded songs were suddenly deleted today without any reason.

As a student traveling out of town, I rely on my downloaded songs to avoid unnecessary internet usage. Now, I’m forced to waste data to re-download all the songs. This makes me feel like I’m paying for Premium for no reason. If downloaded content can just disappear, what’s the point of having Premium? I expect Spotify to address this issue promptly and prevent it from happening again.
