Spotify Account Recovery and Password Reset Are Not Working

I have been regularly using my Spotify account for a long time and paying approximately $3 every month through my bank card. However, since 10:00 PM on 08/22, I have been completely unable to access my account. After coming home, I first tried to play music on my phone. The application opened normally, but the songs would not play at all. Then I noticed that instead of my own name, an unfamiliar and strange username was displayed in my profile section.
After noticing this, I logged out and tried to sign back in, but even though I entered my correct email address, I kept receiving an error message saying, “Something went wrong.” I use an iPhone 16 Plus, so at first I thought the issue might be device-related. However, I also tried logging in from my computer, and I still cannot access the account there either. Despite repeatedly trying through both the application and the web version, I continue receiving the same error.
I then attempted to reset my password, but when I enter my email address, I once again receive a “Something went wrong” warning and no password reset link is sent. The process never completes. Even though both my email address and password are completely correct, I cannot access my account. If there is no general Spotify outage, I am seriously worried that my account may have been compromised or taken over by someone else.
As a user who has made regular payments for years, I request that my account be investigated immediately, that any unauthorized access be blocked if detected, and that my account and subscription be securely restored back to me. I also request a response and resolution as soon as possible.
