SoulChill Refuses to Cancel My Coin Purchase and Refund €70

I am writing to request the cancellation and refund of a purchase I made today on SoulChill using my Visa card in Cyprus. I bought coins for a total amount of 44 euros plus 26 euros, and I would like the full amount to be refunded back to the same Visa card, which is still active. After realizing that I do not wish to keep this purchase, I tried to contact support to cancel the transaction and request a refund, but my message was not sent and I did not receive any reply or assistance. This has left me without any clear way to resolve the issue directly through the application. I kindly request that this purchase of SoulChill coins made today be cancelled and the full amount of 70 euros be refunded to my Visa card as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation and refund once it has been processed.
