I bought coins for a total amount of 44 euros plus 26 euros, and I would like the full amount to be refunded back to the same Visa card, which is still active. After realizing that I do not wish to keep this purchase, I tried to contact support to cancel the transaction and request a refund, but my message was not sent and I did not receive any reply or assistance. This has left me without any clear way to resolve the issue directly through the application.
