Sugò Voice Chat Coins Missing After Successful Codapay Payment
Today at around 3:30 a.m., I paid 280 PKR through Codapay to purchase coins for the Sugò Voice Chat Party app, but the coins have still not been delivered to my account. My payment shows as completed, and the transaction/reference number for this payment is 000177046375. Even though the amount has been deducted, there is no sign of the purchased coins in Sugò, and I have not received any error message or explanation. I have not yet been able to reach out to Codapay or Sugò support, and I am sharing this complaint so that the issue can be checked and resolved as soon as possible. I kindly request that the coins corresponding to my 280 PKR payment be delivered immediately to my Sugò Voice Chat Party account based on the above transaction details, or that you provide a clear explanation if there is any problem on your side.
