SuperLive Coins Purchase Not Credited After Payment On Android App
I am writing to report a problem with the purchase of coins in the Superlive application on Android, which has still not been resolved. On 29 November 2025, I made a purchase of coins using my debit card for a value of 21,660 (Colombia), the money was deducted from my account, but the coins were never credited to my Superlive balance. From that same moment, I sent all the necessary payment supports through the application so that they could review the case, but to date I have not received any response or solution from Superlive. I feel unprotected as a user, because they have taken the money from my account and I have been left without the coins I paid for. I request that Superlive immediately load the corresponding coins to my account or, failing that, refund the 21,660 that were debited, and that they give me a clear and prompt response. I only expect that my money will not be lost and that this situation will be resolved fairly.
