My SoulChill account has been banned, and I’ve been trying to get it unblocked, but I have no idea how. I’ve searched through the app and help center, but there are no clear instructions or support options to guide me through the process. This has been going on for 5 years now, and I’m still completely stuck.
My account ID is 31085510. I really want to lift the ban and get back into my account, but I’ve hit a wall. I can’t remove the restriction myself, and there is no response or assistance from SoulChill’s side.
