I’m having a serious issue with the Soulchill app. I’ve been trying to leave the agency I was registered with, but they won’t remove me—even after 80 days. I’ve contacted the agency owner repeatedly, but instead of helping, they blocked me. According to Soulchill rules, I should have been released after 60 days. I haven’t participated in any agency events, and yet I’m still being held against my will. This feels like a violation of my personal rights. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, and I still can’t close my account. My UID is 40874941 and the agency owner’s UID is 11448516. I demand immediate account deletion and for this forced agency lock to end now.
