I Can’t Delete My Soulchill Account After 1 Month

I’ve been trying to delete my Soulchill account for over a month now, but the option still hasn’t become available. When I first requested deletion, the app clearly stated that the account could be deleted after 1 month. Well, more than a month has passed, and I still can’t remove my account.

There are no remaining diamonds or assets in the account, and I haven’t joined any family groups. I’ve also completely stopped using the app. I just want my account deleted for security and privacy reasons.

Why is it so difficult to delete an account when there’s supposedly a system in place for it? This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Please give me a solution and allow me to delete my Soulchill account immediately.
