My PlayStation 4 Account Locked After Security Code Issue

I recently tried to log into my PlayStation 4 account by entering my email and password, but I received a security code on my phone that I didn’t enter, which prevented the game from opening. After trying multiple times, my access was blocked. I attempted to reset my password by providing my email address, but I haven’t received any email from Sony regarding the reset. I’ve also reached out to customer service via email and phone, but I haven’t received any response, and no one is answering the phone. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue.
