Sony PlayStation Controllers, Dualsense Drift Problem

This ongoing issue has made my PlayStation controllers completely useless, greatly affecting my gaming enjoyment, tried reaching out to Sony Eurasia customer support to address this problem, but their responses regarding product replacement have been disappointing. Even though Sony Eurasia is aware of the widespread drift issue, they have not been able to offer a lasting solution. stuck with faulty controllers and a less enjoyable gaming experience, please do something.  I need a replacement for my faulty DualSense controller. and you guys out there, hold off on buying Sony DualSense controllers until Sony Eurasia takes some definitive action to resolve whatever is going on. If you're a gamer looking for a straightforward and laid-back gaming experience, it might be worth exploring different controller options.
