I had bought a 2-year BNP PARIBAS CARDIF Device Protection Insurance along with the TV, and it still has 1 year left. The insurance company assured me that they would repair or replace the TV if anything happened to it. When I went to collect my TV, they told me that it was beyond repair. Instead, they offered me a gift voucher worth 8579.4 TL as a replacement for the TV, which cost 14.299 TL, and the 1699 TL I paid for insurance. I am NOT NEVER willing to accept this amount and will take legal action. I was compelled by Media Markt to purchase an insurance policy that was supposed to provide comprehensive coverage, but now they are not fulfilling their promises.
