On September 24, 2025, around 6:00 PM, I tried to purchase Uncharted 3 through Psapp, but by mistake, I ended up buying Uncharted 1 instead. About one hour after the purchase, I immediately requested a refund but received a message saying that the refund could not be processed. My transaction ID is 786936778015942.
I only realized I had bought the wrong game after launching it — the graphics were noticeably outdated, and I noticed I had purchased the first game instead of the third. The titles, prices, and descriptions for both games were almost identical, which caused the confusion. I made the payment using my credit card, and this is the first time I’ve had such an issue.
I contacted customer support, but have not received any response. I’m requesting a refund of ₺649 for the wrong game purchased in error.
I expect Psapp to review this issue and process my refund promptly, as the mistake was unintentional and due to unclear labeling between similar titles.
