I Face Missing UC Purchase Issue with Mdasbuy After EFT Payment for PUBG Mobile

On August 12, 2025, at 18:35, I made an EFT payment of ₺339 via Mdasbuy to purchase UC for PUBG Mobile (Order Number: 943760114073). The bank transaction receipt clearly shows the payment as “successful.” However, even after more than 24 hours, the UC has still not been credited to my account.

I attempted to contact Mdasbuy customer service, but there is no direct support line or live chat available. The only option was to send an email, which I did, yet I have received no reply whatsoever. The lack of communication and the absence of a functioning support channel make this situation even more frustrating.

I am formally requesting a full refund of the ₺339 I paid and an immediate resolution to my issue. Mdasbuy should take urgent action to either deliver the UC I purchased or return my payment without further delay.
