Solgar B12 100 Tablets Dissolve Too Slowly Compared to Previous 30-Tablet Version

I purchased the 100-count sublingual B12 tablets from Solgar, but I’m extremely disappointed with their quality. The tablets are hard and bead-like, and it takes nearly 10 minutes for them to dissolve under the tongue. This is highly inconvenient and not at all what I expected from a brand I used to trust.
Previously, I had bought the 30-count version of the same product from Solgar. Those tablets were a lighter pink color and dissolved in under one minute. To test the difference, I used one leftover tablet from the old bottle—and as expected, it dissolved almost instantly. The color and texture differences between the two batches are clearly noticeable.
When I contacted Solgar to report this, they blamed it on "metabolic variation," which is completely unconvincing. This issue is clearly about product consistency, not individual biology. If these are two different formulations or manufacturing batches, there should be a clear explanation—but nothing is mentioned on the packaging or product listing.
As someone who has also regularly purchased Solgar’s iron supplements, I’ve been a loyal customer. But after this experience and the lack of accountability, I no longer feel confident in the brand. I will not be buying Solgar again unless they address this issue transparently and improve their quality control.
