I Suspect the Solgar B12 Is Not Original and Can’t Reach the Company

I purchased a Solgar B12 vitamin from Dermo Ailem, but I seriously doubt its authenticity. The packaging is noticeably different from the Solgar B12 I previously bought from a trusted pharmacy. Most concerning is that the protective cotton inside the bottle—standard in genuine Solgar products—was missing entirely.

This has made me question whether the product I received is genuine or safe to use. I’ve tried to contact the company directly for clarification, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. There’s no clear way to verify the product or get support.

I expect Dermo Ailem or Solgar representatives to contact me urgently and explain the discrepancies. I also request verification of the product’s authenticity and assurance that it is safe for consumption.
