My Solgar B12 Tablets Came in Different Sizes and Colors Than Usual
I’ve been regularly using Solgar B12 vitamins for a long time and have always trusted their quality. However, this time, when I opened a new box, I immediately noticed that the tablets looked visibly different—in both size and color—from the ones I’m used to. Concerned, I emptied the entire bottle and confirmed that multiple tablets had inconsistent shapes and shades.
Even the pharmacist I bought it from was surprised and said they had never seen this issue before. What worries me even more is that some family members at home may have already taken these tablets before I noticed the problem.
I expect a clear and reassuring response from Solgar regarding whether these tablets are safe and how such a quality control lapse happened. It’s unacceptable for a health product to vary this much from batch to batch without any explanation or warning.
Please provide an immediate investigation and official feedback, and if the batch is indeed defective, I request a full refund or replacement in ₺. Customers deserve consistent quality, especially when it concerns something as essential as vitamins.
