I started using Solgar Vitamin B12 last week, and shortly after, I developed intense acne on my neck, face, and the back of my head. The breakouts were aggressive and painful—nothing like I’ve experienced before. It’s been incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable, and I’m now stuck dealing with a severe skin reaction I never expected.
When I ordered the product, there were no warnings or informational inserts included in the package—not even a note about potential side effects. I had no idea that B12 could cause such a reaction or that it might not be suitable for my skin type.
