I placed an order from a pharmacy for Solgar Methylcobalamin B12 sublingual tablets, making it very clear that I specifically wanted the Methylcobalamin form. When the product arrived, I opened it and took one tablet—only to notice the taste was unusual. Concerned, I visited the pharmacy, and they confirmed that the product I had received was actually Cyanocobalamin, not Methylcobalamin as I had ordered.
I paid ₺685 for this product, and now I can’t use it because it caused an allergic reaction. Despite my clear order and the mistake not being mine, the pharmacy refused to offer an exchange or refund and told me to contact Solgar directly.
This has caused me both financial and physical distress. I expect Solgar to take responsibility for this issue and either issue a refund or replace the product with the correct one I ordered. A brand with Solgar’s reputation should ensure accuracy, especially with health-related supplements.
