I purchased Solgar Glucosamine MSM 120 tablets from a pharmacy, fully trusting the brand’s reputation for quality and reliability. My pharmacist also assured me that Solgar is one of the most reputable supplement brands on the market. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing close to what I expected.
Upon opening the bottle, I noticed that some of the tablets were broken in half, and there was no protective seal or inner safety barrier inside the container. Even more concerning, the color of the tablets was inconsistent—some had odd specks or discoloration, which leads me to believe that a portion of them may be damaged or degraded.
This is absolutely unacceptable for a premium supplement that I paid a high price for. I chose Solgar specifically to avoid these kinds of concerns, yet I ended up with what looks like a compromised or mishandled batch.
I request a full refund or replacement in ₺ for this defective product and urge Solgar to improve its quality control, especially for products distributed through pharmacies. Customers deserve better than broken, suspicious-looking supplements from a brand that claims to be the best. Please address this issue promptly.
