SofaScore Distorts Past Player Stats and Ignores My Reports

It is quite annoying that SofaScore lacks professionalism. Missing statistics—which are apparently recorded as zero—cause many past player evaluations to be utterly distorted. This distorts past performance data, thereby making accurate player comparison difficult. When I brought this up several times, hoping for at least some recognition, the moderators just turned aside my comments. One thing is to have sporadic mistakes; another is to ignore them when users spend time to report the problem. A platform claiming to be based on thorough sports analytics should at least guarantee minimum transparency and correctness. Rather, SofaScore badly loses credibility by leaving its users with false information and a reluctant support team.
