Sociable Won’t Let Me Upload Photos or Edit Bio – Poor User Experience
Sociable has become worse over the years, making it impossible to upload photos or update my bio. These are basic features, yet they don’t work properly, and the app keeps getting more frustrating to use.
On top of that, the admins are rude and unprofessional, responding to users in a way that feels more like bullying than actual customer support. The app’s quality has dropped significantly, and it doesn’t even compare to similar platforms anymore.
I expect Sociable to fix these issues, allow users to upload photos and edit bios without problems, and provide better customer service. If this continues, more users will leave the app. Take action now.
