Hello, I’m reaching out because I trusted this platform and now I’m incredibly frustrated. I’ve been trying to update my profile picture on the Threads app, but no matter how many times I change it, the old photo keeps coming back. I’ve repeated the process multiple times, but the issue never goes away.
I even went as far as clearing my phone’s cache, thinking it might be a local issue—but that didn’t help either. The problem persists every single time. What’s even more disappointing is that I already reported this issue before, but no one offered a proper solution or follow-up.
This may seem like a small bug, but it’s incredibly annoying when you’re trying to personalize your account and the app just refuses to update. I rely on this platform, and basic features like profile photo updates should work without issues.
