Snapchat Support Never Responded After SS06 Ban and Account Closure

57On December 8, 2026, my Snapchat account was closed, and a permanent device ban was also applied to my phone. I only used the app to chat with my friends and take photos, and I do not believe I violated any rules.
The reason shown for my account closure is error code SS06, but I was not given clear information about what this code actually means. Even though I reached out to Snapchat support, I never received any response, and no explanation or review outcome was shared with me.
I believe both the account closure and the device ban were unfair. I request that the device ban be removed, that my account be reviewed again and reopened if possible, or at the very least that I be given a clear and detailed explanation.
