Snapchat Password Changed by Someone Else and Phone Number Redirects to a Different Account

I am unable to log into my Snapchat account under the username Sevval_gofmi, and I believe my account has been stolen. I deleted the app on January 16, 2026, and when I reinstalled it today and tried to access my account, I received a message saying my password was incorrect. When I tried using my registered phone number and email address, I was redirected to a completely different account.
I also noticed that friend requests have been sent from my account to other people without my knowledge, and I am extremely troubled by this. I no longer feel safe using this account. I am requesting that Snapchat immediately close the account under the username Sevval_gofmi and provide me with clear communication about the process.
