Snapchat Deleted Most of My Snaps—I Lost Years of Photos and Videos Without Warning

I’ve been using Snapchat for over five years, and today I discovered that more than half of my saved Snaps have vanished without any action on my part. Now, I can only see memories dating back to February, and everything from previous months and years has completely disappeared.

This is incredibly distressing—Snapchat deleted irreplaceable photos and videos that held deep personal meaning. I didn’t receive any warning or notice, and there’s been no explanation as to why my content is suddenly missing. Even my private saved content is gone.

Snapchat, I urgently need your help to recover my lost memories. Please restore all my deleted photos and videos immediately. This situation is unacceptable, and you must take accountability for protecting user data.
