I Face an Unexpected Snapchat+ Charge Despite Having No Card Balance

On April 22, I personally attempted to purchase a Snapchat+ subscription, but even though my card did not have enough available limit, the subscription was somehow activated. This situation seriously surprised me and caused frustration because, under normal circumstances, no transaction should have been completed if there was not enough limit available on my card. Despite this, the subscription appears to have been activated, and I received an email notification in my Gmail account stating that a charge of approximately $2 had been applied.

I want Snapchat to clearly explain how this subscription could be created even though there was no available limit on my card. I also request that the matter be thoroughly investigated and that my frustration regarding this unexpected transaction be resolved.

In the future, I specifically request that no subscription or payment transaction be processed without my explicit approval whenever there is insufficient limit available on my card.
