Smule Fails to Connect on Samsung S24 Ultra When Using Wi-Fi
When I connect my Samsung S24 Ultra to my workplace’s Turkcell Wi-Fi network, I am unable to access the Smule app. This issue has been happening since yesterday and occurs only on the office Wi-Fi. When I switch to mobile data or use other Wi-Fi networks, the app works perfectly fine.
Other devices on the same Turkcell Wi-Fi network are also experiencing the exact same issue with Smule, while all other apps and websites work normally, indicating that the problem is specific to Smule’s connection through Turkcell’s network.
I have not yet contacted Turkcell customer service, but I request that the necessary support be provided to restore access to Smule. It appears that the Turkcell Wi-Fi network may be blocking or restricting the app’s connection, and this needs to be resolved promptly.
