I Face “Unable to Connect to Network” Error in Sony Sound Connect App on Android 15
I’m trying to use the Sony Sound Connect app on my Samsung Galaxy A24 (Android 15), but every time I open it, I get an error message saying “Unable to connect to the network.” Because of this, I can’t accept the User License Agreement, and the app won’t let me proceed at all.
I’ve tried every troubleshooting step I could think of — connecting through different Wi-Fi networks, using mobile data, restarting the phone, and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains the same. The app version I’m using is 12.3.0. The error occurs every time and in every location — at home, at school, and outdoors (in Istanbul). There’s no error code or additional message provided.
I expect Sony to fix this app issue as soon as possible and provide technical support so that users can actually use the product they paid for. I’m requesting an urgent resolution to this persistent connection problem.
