Trouble Connecting to Smule App via Wi-Fi

I'm having trouble logging in to the Smule app while connected to Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi network is working perfectly fine. I have no problems connecting through my phone's cellular data. I've attempted to reinstall the app, yet the issue persists. What is preventing me from connecting through Wi-Fi?
I can't wait to hear back from the Smule team. Could you lend me a hand with this issue?

I haven't been able to access the Smule app for about a week now; it suddenly stopped working for no reason. There's no message on the screen explaining why I can't access it, just a blank screen. I thought maybe it would fix itself if I restarted my phone, but that didn't work either. Why can't I access it? Please answer and fix this situation as soon as possible because it's starting to get annoying. I need an urgent solution.
