Smule Messages Not Loading After Reactivating My Account
I’ve been an active Smule user, but I had to temporarily suspend my account. When I reactivated it on January 5, 2025, none of my chat messages loaded. Every time I try to send a message to my friends, I get the error: "Please check your network connection." This issue persists despite having a stable internet connection, making the app unusable for its primary purpose. I’m frustrated and disappointed with this ongoing problem, as it’s affecting my experience and communication with friends. Smule, please resolve this issue immediately and restore full functionality to my account. I rely on this platform, and I need your support to fix this problem as soon as possible.
