Request To Activate My Smule ID

My Smule account (@Encounter***) has been banned and I believe this happened because some fake IDs were created and used with my ID name. As a result, my account has been permanently deleted, even though I did not engage in any violation myself, and my registered email address has also been removed from Smule, which prevents me from recovering or managing my account in any way. I am requesting that my Smule account be reactivated after a proper review, as I am the original owner and I have been unfairly affected by the actions of others using fake IDs with my name.
