Smule Support Fails to Respond After Account Is Frozen
My Smule account with the username r*4** has been frozen for approximately one day without any explanation, and I am unable to access my account. I did not receive any violation notice or warning through the app or via email.
Although I contacted the Smule support team to understand the situation and learn why my account was suspended, I have not received any response so far. I am a regular user of the app and have not been informed of any rule violation.
I request that my account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the reason for the suspension.
