Smilebox Won't Let Me Download Presentation Images or Access Old Slideshows

Trying to download images for a Smilebox presentation for hours has not worked. I updated, re-uploaded, tried many browsers—none of which improves. The most annoying element is You cannot easily get an actual person to handle the problem. All of it is automatic responses and FAQ pages devoid of problem addressing. Years of membership notwithstanding, it is frustrating that the site still lacks dependability or user-friendliness. On top of that, they won't let you download or save previous version's old slideshows, so you have to keep paying to have them accessible. They seem more concerned in collecting your monthly charge than in really producing a functionally sound product.
