6For years, I have suffered continuous problems with Smilebox's subscription policies. I registered for what was first promoted as a trial deal, but ever then I have been charged an annual price of $50 without any obvious means of cancellation. Their system is meant to frustrate you; direct management of payment methods or halt auto-renewals is not possible. Since you just hear a recorded message pointing you to make an online request, calling their customer support is useless. Once there, you find contradicting choices and useless FAQs. Their main objective seems to be to keep you mired in repeating payments. The dishonesty of the strategies and lack of support wear me apart. Steer clear of Smilebox wherever possible.
