Disappointing Durability of Slazenger Shoes

I recently purchased a pair of sports shoes for myself from the Slazenger store at Samsun Lovelet Mall. To my dismay, within just a month of use, both shoe soles completely fell apart. I sent them a warranty claim, but they responded by saying it wasn't a manufacturer's defect and they couldn't offer a refund or replacement. What a disappointment! I expected better customer service from a store that claims to prioritize satisfaction. It feels like they couldn't care less about their customers. Have we just started wearing shoes or have we gone back to the Stone Age? How can a pair of shoes disintegrate in just a month? I haven't come across any other company that fails to empathize with their customers like this. It's truly disheartening.
