I bought a pair of Slazenger Man Sneakers in Vizon, size 43, from amazon.com.tr and was really surprised to see that the bottoms of both shoes were torn after just 15 days of wearing them, around 3 times a week. I reached out to Amazon to start the return process, hoping they would be understanding since I had only used the shoes for a short time. Unfortunately, my return got turned down because they said the damage was caused by misuse. I can say for sure that I wore them in regular situations, so this response felt really unfair. I’m asking for a full refund because the product just doesn’t match up to what I expected in terms of quality and durability. I'm really hoping Amazon takes another look at this and sorts it out quickly.
