I have been a customer of the Skyscanner website for 5 years. My name is İ*** G***. On 11.01.2025 at 07:20, I purchased a ticket for a Turkmenistan Airlines flight from İstanbul to Bangkok through the Skyscanner website using my Visa card (provision transaction number 9865629) and paid ₺9637.77. However, I have not received any information about my flight ticket, nor has the ticket company provided any details to my email address ib*****@gmail.com. Although the payment was successfully processed, I have not received a confirmation or ticket details. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and providing the ticket information.
