Skyscanner Causes Frustration with Budget Air Booking Troubles

I reserved a round-trip flight for two people using Budget Air, as suggested by Skyscanner. But, because of unexpected events, one of the travelers can't go on the trip. We're looking to cancel their ticket and get a refund for the portion we can't use. Unfortunately, every time we try to cancel on the Budget Air website, we keep getting a message about a screen issue, and our cancellation isn't going through. We're sorry we didn't book directly with the airline and recommend others to avoid using agents like that. We feel abandoned and disappointed by the system.
