Budgerair.com Refund Hassle - My Skyscanner Review

I got myself a round-trip ticket to Amsterdam from budgerair.com, after being redirected from the Skyscanner website. Afterward, I had to cancel the ticket, and when I tried to ask for a refund, the AI robot on the website said there was no refund available for my account. There's no phone number or contact address given, so it's impossible to get in touch with them. Even though refunds are handled on the website, it mentions it might take 10-12 weeks, which is ridiculous. I'm committed to taking this problem to the Tourism Ministry and Civil Aviation Authority to stop their operations if needed!
