I Face Unauthorized €99.99 Charge From eDreams Prime Without My Consent

On September 17, while searching for a flight from Riga to Helsinki via Skyscanner, we were redirected to the eDreams app to complete our booking. However, even though we never selected or agreed to any Prime (Premium) membership, €99.99 was unauthorizedly charged to our account. This was a completely unfair, misleading, and unauthorized transaction.
We tried multiple times to cancel the membership, but it was impossible to reach a customer service representative. It was also not possible to remove our card information from the system. When we discovered the charge on October 1, we immediately tried to call and resolve the issue, but again, no one responded or took responsibility. This situation is deeply frustrating and damages customer trust.
The transaction was made from Kaunas, Lithuania, using a TEB credit card, and my customer number is #23904647. Despite our efforts, the Prime membership still appears as active in our account.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that the unauthorized €99.99 charge be immediately refunded to my account. Otherwise, I will be taking legal action to protect my consumer rights.
