My Turna.com Flight Purchase Failed, Data Stolen
I am absolutely furious with Skyscanner and Turna.com! I found a flight to Cologne, Germany, on Skyscanner, which redirected me to Turna.com. I meticulously filled in all my details, including passport information, ID, and credit card details, but when I got to the payment step, the system threw an error!
When I tried again, I couldn't even log back into the system. My sensitive personal and financial data has now been recorded, yet I have no ticket to show for it. This is completely unacceptable. My information is out there, but I'm left without a flight and feeling utterly victimized.
Turna.com, you need to rectify this immediately! Either provide me with the ticket I attempted to purchase or confirm that all my personal and payment information has been securely deleted from your system. This data breach combined with a failed purchase is a serious issue.
