I Face Unauthorized €119 Charge From Dreams Prime Annual After Skyscanner Booking

Without my knowledge or consent, €119 was withdrawn from my credit card by a company called Dreams Prime Annual. The only transaction I made was on September 5, when I purchased a ticket through the Skyscanner app. I never signed up for any membership or subscription, nor did I give authorization for such a charge.

The unauthorized payment was processed this morning with the reference number 23839339649. I immediately contacted my bank, Advanzia Bank, but I have not yet received a solution. I also tried calling the UK phone number provided by Dreams Prime, but since I live in Germany, I could not reach anyone—no calls were answered.

This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and it has caused me serious frustration. I am requesting the immediate refund of €119 and the cancellation of any unauthorized membership or subscription that may have been started under my name.

I expect my issue to be resolved urgently so that no further losses occur.
