On August 11, 2025, through Skyscanner, I was redirected to the official eDreams Car Rentals website to reserve a Mitsubishi vehicle for use in Lesvos (Midilli), Greece between August 13–19, 2025. My reservation number is GR235744330.
I entered my card details, and the system indicated that a confirmation code would be sent. While I received an email (screenshot attached), I have not received any clear confirmation regarding the status of my reservation to this day.
Tomorrow morning at 08:45, I am scheduled to take the ferry from Ayvalık to Lesvos, where I was supposed to collect the car from an office located five minutes from the port. I attempted to contact the company three times via email, but I never received any response.
Furthermore, the system does not allow me to cancel the reservation, stating that cancellation is possible only after receiving the confirmation email—but I never received such an email. This has left me in a very difficult situation, putting my entire travel plan at risk.
I urgently request that the company provide a clear update on the status of my reservation, resolve this matter immediately, and ensure that my loss and inconvenience are properly addressed.
