My 2024 Skoda Karoq Headlight Keeps Fogging Up, Service Says “It’s Normal”
The front headlight on my 2024 Skoda Karoq has been fogging up every morning for about six months. Because of this, I took my vehicle to the authorized Skoda service center in Düzce. After inspection, they told me that this condition was “normal” and didn’t offer any solution — they simply advised me to continue using the car as it is.
Even though my vehicle is still under warranty, no repair or replacement was carried out for this issue. I also contacted Skoda customer service, but the response I received was negative and unhelpful.
I am requesting that the headlight be repaired or replaced if necessary, and that this issue be handled properly under warranty. It is unacceptable for a new, warranty-covered vehicle to have such a recurring problem dismissed as “normal.” I want my grievance resolved as soon as possible.
