Skoda Octavia Chronic Brake Pedal Noise Issue

I bought my Skoda Octavia brand new on June 28, 2025, and a week later, the brake pedal started making noise. When I took the car to the service center, I was told this problem was chronic on 2025 Skodas. The technician there lubricated the brake pedal spring and said the problem would disappear in three days. However, a week later, the problem worsened. We went to the service center again, filed a fault report, and they took the car from us. They said they had run tests on the car and sent the results to the head office. When we called the headquarters, they spoke to us in a dismissive manner and said they would get back to us after resolving the issue. However, even after two weeks, no one contacted us. When we called again, they told us to wait. From now on, I will advise myself and everyone around me to stay away from Skoda. I refuse to accept such treatment.
