I brought my Skoda Octavia to the service center due to a recurring battery issue, but they told me they couldn’t help today and that the car would need to stay for 2-3 days without even looking at it. This vehicle has always been serviced at the same center, and just two weeks ago, it was in the shop for the same problem. The fact that I’m dealing with the same issue again shows that the work wasn’t done properly the first time. This is extremely frustrating, and I expect better service, especially from a brand I’ve trusted. Skoda, please address this problem immediately and ensure the issue is permanently fixed.
