My Citroen C3 Aircross Order Not Delivered

I made the payment for my C3 Aircross on November 21, 2023, yet the vehicle has not been delivered. Shockingly, my car, as indicated on the invoice, is sitting at the Haydarpaşa Customs. Customs procedures were supposedly completed on November 8 and November 14, 2023. However, both the dealership and the headquarters are providing me with no detailed information on the matter. I am in the dark about why the car has not been delivered or the specific procedures undertaken. The uncertainty of when it will be delivered adds to my frustration.
