I purchased two Skip Hop thermos bottles for my twin daughters, but unfortunately, both of the lids broke. Now, I can't find any replacement parts for the lids, which is extremely disappointing for a brand like Skip Hop. My girls love these bottles, but they are now unusable. Considering the high price I paid, it’s unreasonable that replacement parts aren’t available. This has been a major letdown for me, and I expect better from a brand known for quality. Skip Hop, please provide a solution for this issue so we can continue using the products my daughters enjoy.
